Yes it is wierd to be past the going to HBS days!  But I'm not really upset about it though either.  I had my time there and my share of fun so I guess that I will let the younger ones enjoy it now!

Hey did you know that Keith & Rachel are getting married in May?  And there are 11 other weddings in our church before the end of Aug!  Must run, love ya lots,

P.S. come see me some time!

I'll just leave my comments here, so feel free to delete them if your guestbook fills up too much! I didn't read many of the American girl series, but we have most of them in our library! Yes, I think they were just coming out when we were little. I used to look at those catalogs for hours, they were so cool. The other day I went to their website and it was like a trip down memory lane!

RYC, yes I think that means you are tagged if you want to be. About the babysitting, my parents live three hours from Kansas City, so I went to their place for the day on Friday, then left her there overnight, and we stopped and picked her up the next day on our way home. They enjoyed some quality time with her, and we enjoyed an evening alone. We're getting more practical in our old age--trying to plan conferences close to family so we can do two things in one trip. We've also decided that flying isn't as practical, so we try to pick places to go that aren't further than ten hours away.

I am randomly able to comment on your real blog, but sometimes I can't. Just wondering how Vern felt about the test? I always feel really awful after those standardized tests, and am always surprised when the results come back by how well I did. Hope everything went well.

My congrats too. I tended to feel sick from about the 6th or 7th week til the 11th or so, more or less. There's usually about 1 really rough week in there where I'm not at all sure that what went down will not come back up. Miserable. Are you nauseated?
God bless you.

No connection to the Lloyd Kauffman tour. This was a CAM tour of Germany and Switzerland. They visited some old Mennonite history places. Are you feeling any better yet?
